Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do you accept insurance?
No, we do not bill or accept insurance directly. We operate as a cash-based (self-pay) clinic. This allows us to provide more personalized, one-on-one care without the limitations often imposed by insurance companies.
2. Why don’t you take insurance?
Insurance companies often restrict the type, frequency, and duration of care we can provide. By operating outside of insurance, we can offer more effective, customized treatments focused on your goals—not what insurance will approve. We can also work on multiple areas of concern rather than just one body part at a time.
3. How do I pay for sessions?
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and mobile payment options (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay).
4. Can I get reimbursed by my insurance?
Unfortunately no, insurance does not cover wellness coaching. However, many clients are able to get partial reimbursement from their insurance provider using a superbill—a detailed receipt we can provide. You’ll submit it directly to your insurance. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your plan’s out-of-network coverage for wellness coaching.
5. Do you accept HSA or FSA cards?
Yes, Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are accepted, however, wellness coaching is not typically an eligible expense.
6. What are your rates?
Our session fees vary depending on the type and duration of treatment. Please contact us directly for a current rate sheet or to schedule a free consultation call.
7. Do you offer packages or memberships?
Yes, we offer discounted multi-session packages. These are ideal for clients seeking long-term results.
8. Is cash-based coaching worth it?
Absolutely. Many clients find that they need fewer visits, receive more one-on-one time with their coach, and achieve better long-term outcomes compared to traditional, insurance-based clinics.
9. How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule directly through our website, call/text us, or email our front desk. We also offer free 15-minute phone consultations to answer any questions before your first visit.
10. How long is each appointment?
The Evaluation is approximately 90 minutes, this will allow us enough time to properly go over all your concerns and create a plan on how to move forward. Coaching Sessions are 90-120 minutes. It all depends how much work we need to do! Massage and Shockwave sessions are 60 minutes in duration but also can be extended to 90 minutes if you need more time.
